Azerbaijan doesn’t include its neighboring Armenian country of Nagorny Karabakh. One can’t visit the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in/from Azerbaijan side. And one will never find the fake Azeri toponyms (like Istisu or Xankandi) in that place of the world.
