The indoor pool is heated. The pool opens onto a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The spa is located next to the pool. Beauty treatments mix Mediterranean cures with innovative techniques. A wide range of spa ingredients is used. This includes flowers of the locally grown immortelle plant. The spa also has a large wet area. Here, cocoon-like waterbed treatments are combined with chromotherapy.

A large gym is also located. It features state-of-the-art equipment. Let’s explore the hotel’s ground floor. This floor features a large lounge area and an excellent restaurant. The lounge area (shown here) doubles as a library. It’s the perfect spot to curl up with a book on a rare rainy day. Pjerin is one of Dubrovnik’s best restaurants. It serves creative Mediterranean fare, such as homemade artichoke-and-ricotta ravioli. Breakfast is also served at Pjerin Restaurant. I’ll show several dishes (dinner & breakfast) later in this clip. All meals are served al fresco (weather permitting).

The terrace offers a nice view of Dubrovnik across the water. Pjerin is led by Executive Chef Giuseppe. The restaurant has won praise from the Michelin Guide. Below Pjerin Restaurant is an outdoor bistro. Called Al Fresco Giardia, the venue is open during lunchtime only. Villa Dubrovnik has its own private ‘beach’. The beach offers nice views of Dubrovnik. The beach is not really a sandy beach. It’s a rocky outcrop which comprises several concrete platforms. The beach is equipped with chic loungers & umbrellas. The setting offers privacy and tranquility. Steps provide easy access into the sea.

The water is chilly in spring & early summer, but warm in late summer & autumn. Let’s return to the hotel’s top floor. Villa Dubrovnik features a stunning rooftop terrace. The rooftop offers a view of the sunset. The space is decorated with comfortable sofas under a canopied pa. The bar’s menu offers a wide variety of cocktails. There’s also a selection of top quality cured meats on offer, including Iberian ham. Villa Dubrovnik is beautifully lit at night. The property exudes a serene ambiance after sunset.
