Whisky and Dry Ginger Ale Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes dry ginger ale

1 measure whisky

1 Put the Ice cubes into a highball glass.

2 Pour the whisky over the ice.

3 Top with dry ginger ale.

Old-Fashioned Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

1 cube sugar 1 part whisky

2 drops Angostura

1 slice fresh lemon rind bitters

1 maraschino cherry

2-3 Ice cubes (optional)

1 Put the cube of sugar in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.

2 Shake the bitters on to the sugar.

3 Mix the sugar and bitters, spreading the mixture around the glass.

4 Put the Ice cubes into the glass.

5 Pour the whisky over the ice.

6 Twist the lemon rind over the drink and drop it in.

7 Garnish with the cherry and serve.

Sazerac Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes 2 drops Pernod

1 cube sugar bourbon or Scotch

2 drops Peychaud whisky bitters or Angostura 1 slice fresh lemon rind bitters

1 Put a cube of sugar in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.

2 Shake the Peychaud bitters and the Pernod on to the sugar.

3 Swizzle the sugar, bitters and Pernod, spreading the mixture around the glass.

4 Pour the Ice cubes into the glass.
