You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon grenadine

1 part fresir^cmon juice 3 parts gin 1 part fresh orange juice soda water (or canned, unsweetened)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the fruit juices, grenadine and gin over the ice.

3 Shake vigorously until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a lowball glass.

5 Top with soda and serve.

You will need for 1 glass:

5-6 Ice cubes 1 part Dubonnet

3 drops orange bitters 2 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Shake the orange bitters over the ice.

3 Add the Dubonnet and gin.

4 Stir vigorously without splashing.

5 Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
