Princess Mary Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 3 parts gin

1 part cr&me de cacao cracked Ice 1 part thick cream

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the creme de cacao, cream and gin over the ice.

3 Fill a sour glass with cracked ice.

4 Shake the mixture until a frost forms.

5 Strain and pour into the ice-filled glass.

Whisky Drinks

That variety of flavour that exists in gin is to be found in the national types of whiskies. Scotch does vary in taste from distiller to distiller, but the great difference lies in the regional brews. Unlike gin there is no similarity of taste between Scotch, Irish, Canadian or the two American whiskies, Rye and Bourbon. With but one exception these spirits are grain distilled: the Brazilian whisky is made from bananas! Most whisky based drinks can employ any one of the types, some however require a specific brew.

1 measure whisky

1 Put the Ice cubes into a highball glass.

2 Pour the whisky over the ice.

3 Top with water to taste.
