If you take a bus no. 75K or Minibus 20C at the same station, they will stop at Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus every day. It takes around 1 hour of foot from Tai Mei Tuk to Bride’s Pool. You can also find a clean BBQ area at Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus.

(a) When you take a subway from MTR North Point Station for Bride’s Pool, you have to transfer trains 2 times at MTR Yau Tong and Kowloon Tong Station to catch a train bound for Luohu Station. Luohu is the border between mainland China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

If you take a 75K or a minibus 20C from MTR Tai Po Market Station on weekdays and Saturdays, they run only to Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus. In this case, you have to walk around 1 hour from the bus terminus to Bride’s Pool. It is the reason why Sundays are much convenient for the journey to Bride’s Pool.)

(a) On a Sunday, you prepare BBQ items and foods from the Wellcome superstore at MTR North Point Station before riding a subway.

Go around 100 meters to the left from the exit B1 of MTR North Point Station and you will find a Wellcome superstore at the basement of Metropole Building.
Way from MTR North Point Station to Bride’s Pool.
If you have a plan to enjoy BBQ at Tai Mei Tuk BBQ Area or Bride’s Pool, you have to prepare BBQ items and foods before riding a subway at MTR North Point Station. Go to Yau Tong Station first and transfer train to Green Line. At Kowloon Tong Station of Green Line, transfer train again to Blue Line, East Rail Line, towards Luohu Station which is the border between mainland China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Stop at Tai Po Market Station of the Blue Line and take a bus no. 75K at the bus terminus linked with exit A3 of the station.
If you go to the end of an underpass linked with exit A3 of MTR Tai Po Market Station, you will find a signboard for buses posted on the wall. It shows the way for double-deck buses such as 75K or 275R to the right and for minibuses to the left. If you go left from the end of the underpass, you can take a public minibus no. 20C bound for Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus. 75K : Operating all days bound for Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus at HK$5.80. 275R : Operating only on Sundays and Public Holidays bound for Bride’s Pool at HK$10.60. 20C (minibus) : Operating all days to Tai Mei Tuk at HK$7.30.
Way back to Hong Kong Island.
When you come back to downtown at Hong Kong Island, you can take a bus No. 275R on Sundays and public holidays. On the other days, you have to walk back to Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminus to take a bus No. 75K or minibus No. 20C bound for MTR Tai Po Market Station.
