Coctel Algeria Cocktail Recipe
Extra Dry Martini Cocktail
You will need for 1 glass:
5-6 Ice cubes 5 parts gin
1 part dry French 1 pickled pearl onion vermouth
1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour the vermouth and gin over the ice.
3 Stir (never shake) vigorously and evenly without splashing.
4 Strain and pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
5 Spear a pickled onion and drop it in the drink. Variation
With an olive: Substitute the onion with an olive stuffed with anchovy.
