Recommended Drinks From Salvador

Deep Sea Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

5-6 Ice cubes 1 part dry French

2 drops Angostura vern/outh

bitters 3 parts gin

3 drops Pernod

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Put the bitters and the Pernod over the ice.

3 Pour in the vermouth and gin.

4 Stir vigorously, without splashing.

5 Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Dempsey Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Calvados

1 teaspoon grenadine 3 parts gin

3 drops Absinthe or Pernod

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour in the grenadine, Pernod, the Calvados and, or Absinthe gin.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Diki-diki Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Calvados

juice 1 fresh grapefruit 2 parts gin (or 2i tablespoons canned, unsweetened juice)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the grapefruit juice, Calvados and gin over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a sour glass.

Marshall Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes Cointreau

juice 1 fresh grapefruit 1 part dry French (or 21 tablespoons vermouth canned, unsweetened 1 part brandy juice) 3 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the grapefruit juice, Cointreau, vermouth, brandy and gin over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a sour glass.

Golden Dawn Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Calvados

juice {fresh orange 1 part apricot brandy

(or 2 tablespoons 3 parts gin canned, unsweetened juice)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the orange juice, Calvados, apricot brandy and gin over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a sour glass.
