BEST COCKTAILS IN ZAMBIA

Gin and Pineapple

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes 2-21 parts canned

1 part gin pineapple juice

1 maraschino cherry

1 Put the Ice cubes into a highball glass.

2 Pour in the gin and pineapple juice.

3 Stir gently.

4 Garnish with the cherry and serve.

Orange Blossom

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes 2 parts fresh or

1-2 drops Angostura unsweetened canned

bitters orange juice

1 part gin 1 sprig fresh mint

(optional)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a highball glass.

2 Shake the Angostura bitters on to the Ice cubes.

3 Add the gin and orange juice.

4 Stir gently.

5 Garnish with the fresh mint and serve.
