You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes cider

2 parts whisky

1 Put the Ice cubes into a highball glass.

2 Add the whisky and cider, stir and serve.

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 3 parts whisky

1 part sweet Italian 1 maraschino cherry vermouth

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the vermouth and whisky over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4 Drop in the cherry and serve.

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the vermouth and whisky over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4 Drop in the olive and serve.

1 part sweet Italian 1 maraschino cherry vermouth
