Silver Fizz

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar or 3 parts gin sugar syrup 1 egg white

soda water

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the sugar, lemon juice and gin over the ice.

3 Add the egg white to the mixture.

4 Shake vigorously, until a frost forms.

5 Strain and pour into a lowball glass.

6 Top with soda water and serve.

Royal Gin Fizz

You will need fori glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon grenadine

1 part fresh lemon juice 3 parts gin 1 part fresh orange juice 1 egg yolk (or canned, unsweetened)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the fruit juices, grenadine, gin and egg yolk over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Pour, without straining, into a lowball glass and serve.
