Luigi Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part dry French

1 part fresh orange juice vermouth (or canned, 1 part Cointreau unsweetened) 1 teaspoon grenadine

2 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the orange juice, vermouth, Cointreau, grenadine and gin over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Royal Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Dubonnet

3 drops orange bitters 2 parts gin

3 drops Angostura 1 slice fresh lemon bitters

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Put the bitters over the ice.

3 Add the Dubonnet and gin.

4 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

5 Twist the lemon rind over the mixture, drop it in and serve.

Monkey’s Gland Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes f teaspoon grenadine

3 drops Pernod 2 parts gin

1 part fresh orange juice (or canned, unsweetened)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the Pernod, the orange juice, grenadine and gin over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
