How To Mix Fresh And Simple African Cocktails

Gin and Ginger

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes 1 slice fresh lemon

1 part gin 1 sprig fresh mint

2-2J parts dry ginger ale (optional)

1 Place Ice cubes into a highball glass.

2 Pour in the gin and ginger ale.

3 Garnish with the slice of lemon.

4 Stir gently and add the sprig of mint and serve.

Gin and Coke

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes 2-21 parts coca cola

1 part gin 1 slice fresh lemon

1 Place the Ice cubes in a highball glass.

2 Pour in the gin, followed by the coca cola.

3 Garnish with the slice of lemon.

4 Stir gently and serve.
