Whisky Perfect Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part sweet Italian 1 part dry French vermouth vermouth 3 parts whisky

1 slice fresh lemon rind

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the vermouths and whisky over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4 Twist the lemon rind over the mixture and drop it in.

Edinburgh Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon cr&me de

2-3 drops Angostura menthe bitters 3 parts whisky 1 teaspoon apricot 1 part dry French brandy vermouth

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Shake the bitters over the ice.

3 Add the brandy and creme de menthe.

4 Pour the whisky and vermouth over the mixture.

5 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Club Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon grenadine

3 drops Angostura 3 parts whisky bitters

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Shake the bitters over the ice.

3 Pour in the grenadine and whisky.

4 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Southerly Buster Drink Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 3 parts whisky

1 part Curasao 1 slice fresh lemon rind

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the Curasao and whisky over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4 Twist the lemon rind over the mixture and drop it in.
