Knockout Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part white crfeme de

1 part dry French menthe vermouth 2 parts gin

1 drop Pernod

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the vermouth, creme de menthe and gin over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4 Add the Pernod to the mixture and serve.

Cooperstown Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

5-6 Ice cubes 2 drops white cr§me de

1 part dry French menthe vermouth 1 sprig fresh mint

4 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the vermouth and gin over the ice.

3 Stir thoroughly, without splashing, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4 Add the cr6me de menthe to the mixture.

5 Garnish with the mint and serve.

Wedding Ball Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Dubonnet

juice 1 fresh orange (or 1 part cherry brandy

4 tablespoons canned, 2 parts gin unsweetened)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the orange juice, Dubonnet, brandy and gin over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Xanthia Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part yellow Chartreuse

1 part cherry brandy 2 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the brandy, Chartreuse and gin over the ice.

3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Boomerang Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part sweet Italian

3 drops Angostura vermouth bitters 3 parts gin

1 teaspoon grenadine

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Put the bitters over the ice.

3 Pour in the grenadine, vermouth and gin.

4 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
