Cocktails from Angola

Pink Gin

You will need for 1 glass:

dash Angostura bitters 2-2J parts Ice cold water

1 part gin

1 Put the dash of bitters into a sour glass.

2 Swill the liquid around the glass until it spreads along the sides.

3 Add the gin, followed by the Ice cold water and serve.

Gin and Italian

You will need for 1 glass:

1 measure sweet Italian 1 measure gin vermouth

1 Pour vermouth and gin into a sherry glass.

2 Stir very gently, once or twice, and serve.

Cornwell

You will need for 1 glass:

2 drops orange bitters Ice cold water (optional)

1 part gin

1 Put the orange bitters into a sherry glass.

2 Swill these around so that they cling to the sides.

3 Add the gin, and if wanted a little Ice cold water.
