Tipperary D¼sseldorf Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part dry French

juice 1 fresh lemon vermouth

3 parts sloe gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the lemon juice, vermouth and gin over the ice.

3 Stir evenly, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Macao Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part sweet Italian

3 drops orange bitters vermouth

1 part dry French 3 parts sloe gin vermouth

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Put the bitters over the ice.

3 Add the vermouths and gin.

4 Stir evenly, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Gloom Raiser Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes i teaspoon grenadine

1 part dry French 3 drops Pernod vermouth 3 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the vermouth, grenadine, Pernod and the gin over the ice.

3 Stir evenly, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
