Savannah Cocktail Recipe

You will need fori glass:

1 egg white juice 1 fresh orange (or

2 tablespoons canned, unsweetened juice)

2 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the creme de cacao, orange juice and gin over the ice.

3 Add the egg white, shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a glass.

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon cr&me de cacao

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part sweet Italian

2 drops Angostura vermouth bitters 2 parts dry French

1 teaspoon cherry vermouth brandy 4 parts gin

1 slice fresh lemon rind

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Put the bitters over the ice.

3 Add the cherry brandy, vermouths and gin.

4 Shake lightly.

5 Strain and pour into a sour glass.

6 Twist the lemon rind over the mixture and drop it in.

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part white rum juice 1 fresh lemon 3 parts gin 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 part milk sugar syrup

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the lemon juice, sugar, rum, gin and milk over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a glass.

Virgin Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part white crdme de

1 part Forbidden Fruit menthe

2 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the Forbidden Fruit, creme de menthe and gin over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Au Revoir Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass :

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part brandy

juice 1 fresh lemon 1 part sloe gin 1 egg white

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the lemon juice, brandy, egg white and sloe gin over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a glass.
