Alice Springs Fizz

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 3 parts gin

1 part fresh lemon juice 3 drops Angostura

1 part fresh orange juice bitters (or canned, soda water unsweetened) 1 slice fresh orange

1 teaspoon grenadine

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour in the fruit juices, grenadine and gin.

3 Put bitters over the ice.

4 Shake until a frost forms and pour without straining into a lowball glass.

5 Top with soda water and garnish with the slice of orange.

Gin Floradora

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon grenadine 1 teaspoon sugar or 2 parts gin sugar syrup dry ginger ale juice 1 fresh lime

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour in the sugar, lime juice, grenadine and gin.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Pour without straining into a highball glass.

5 Top with dry ginger ale and serve.
